In some ways it does, but here and there when they feel that Fidesz is too overwhelming they raise their voices.

TASZ (Hungarian Civil Liberties Union) points out that the ordinance does not prescribe the full format of the printed proclamation. They came up with some very witty alternatives: a Worker's Party proclamation, and in Hungarian Folk story style to name two.
